Trumpeter Tom Stringer leads a band of fantastic young musicians performing original music and arrangements drawing influences from Swing all the way through to Modern Jazz, inspired by greats from Duke Ellington, through Thelonius Monk to Wynton Marsalis, celebrating the music and working to forge a distinctive sound and style of his own.

Good Evening has been collaborating with the Royal Albert to present great live music every Sunday night for over a decade. The program is rooted in Jazz ranging from its earliest forms to cutting edge contemporary fusions and everything in between, played by an ever growing circle of musicians from modern day masters to rising stars.
